Hey! I decided to run a couple of races this weekend. Everything went well until I sprained my ankle in the second run. I finally got my Maromi, so it can keep me company while I rest up. Also, the Taste of Chicago is going down this week so I'll probably head back up later in the week when my friends come to visit.

The biggest news for this week is that the server that my site is on will be getting an upgrade shortly. My site might not work after the upgrade for a few days - until I get it moved onto a new box. In the event that the site goes down, you can still keep up with me for those few days on my otherwise useless blog. I got it to try blogging, but I think that I prefer doing it this way better.

At this point I have seen 12 of the 13 episodes of Paranoia Agent. The last few are a little bit different than the first 10 but I like the series. I even have a little Maromi on the way.

A can of baked (beans), for instance, with the old label, lists just the ingredients.

"I look through the list - white beans, water, molasses, sugar, fructose, brown sugar," Mansfield said. "Lots of sugars in beans. You know what really tastes good with beans is hot dogs...These Top Dogs list pork, chicken, beef, water, salt, dextrose. So there you go, I've got sugar down there on the list, so there is some in there."

And what goes well with hot dogs? A dash of ketchup? Careful - a third of ketchup is sugar. And the bun? Another half-teaspoon of sugar so the yeast can work its magic.   [Full Story]

Where is my mind? Congrats to my cousins Christina, Vincent, D.J., and Ryan, who also graduated recenty. Vincent graduated from DePaul University here in Chicago. Amazingly this man even did so early to pursue a MS/PhD in Urban Planning. Also, congrats to my buddy M.E. Yeager, who also graduated, with a Master of Arts in Communications.

I finally finished writing my message board. Check it out. If you dont know me and you just happen to be on my website then post something anyway fool! I don't care. Anyway, That's my BIG news for today.

My aunt a.k.a Thug Nasty got kicked out of some building yesterday for brawling. I can say that sort of thing because she'll never check the internet. Finally, I'll wish an early Happy Birthday to Wes Powell, "Mom" Powell and my Grandfather who all celebrate birthdays in the next 2 weeks.

Congrats to my sister Danita who recently graduated from college. Wish her luck as she'll be attending UMSL This year. [image]

Also congrats to my brother James who recently won first, and 7th place medals for Missouri State track and field. These are the top atheletes in the WHOLE STATE. [image]

I just got back from St. Louis a short time ago. Obviously I went for the graduation. They had me watching re-runs of "Top Model" and for the record, I WAS RIGHT! Naima won! (image above) I have been relaxing and watching TV since I got back. I'll be busy when I start training again the 2nd week of June so this is OK.
