Visitor
My friend Sonia came to visit me for a few weeks. Thats why I have not been able to update my site as much as I would have liked to but I can fill you in on what happened in August below. Check out this photo of Sonia and I right before we saw "The Hustler" which was part of the outdoor film series in Grant Park.

New Home
Well you might not have noticed but I moved my website from a server on the east coast to the west coast. So far the process has been relatively simple and painless. Check out the DreamHost website if you need to host your own website. [DreamHost] I have also added some new features (and removed old ones) including adding a subscribable calendar on my upcoming events page and adding text messaging to my contact page.

Cancellations
I have decided not to go to my 10 year high school reunion. I actually have a race the day after and also I really need to save up my vacation time for some very important trips that I have planned later this year. Also, I have decided not to do the Ultra-Marathon.

Misc. Hook-ups
I hooked up with my old roomate Jean-René to start work again on project: drhuggy. This was a project that we stared in college but decided to bring it back. So keep your eyes open.

I hooked another former roomate up with a free facial. She loved it but what she told me about it was very odd. Apparently they use penis foreskin (a.k.a neonatal foreskin b.k.a human growth factor) as a cosmetic ingredient in the facial! Ingredients You Should Know About: (Human Growth Factors: Extracted from cultured cells, including foreskin and placenta.) When I go in for mine, I'll stick to the the traditional facial.

No, I'm not dead! I have been absent from the site for a while but I had/have a friend in town thru the end of August. I have been hanging out and having a little fun. I did complete the Chicago Distance Classic half marathon (see images below)! I have a couple of images to add to the site, so hopefully I can get them up soon. [image 1]    [image 2]    [medal]
